CNC turning center
Our facility includes a heavy-duty CNC turning center with machining capacity up to 300 mm turning diameter and 1500–3000 mm turning length. The machine is equipped with a 300 mm chuck, 80–130 mm spindle bore, tailstock support for long components, and steady rest arrangement for tie bars and shaft machining.
The CNC turning setup is suitable for turning, facing, threading, grooving, drilling, boring, and chamfering operations. Components can be manufactured from MS, CS, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and bronze as per customer drawings and specifications. Inspection support includes dimensional checking, thread checking, runout checking, and surface finish checking to ensure reliable quality and accuracy.
VMC Machining Capability
Bripal TechEx offers VMC machining support for precision engineering components used in molding machines, textile machinery, food processing equipment, packaging machines, hydraulic systems, and industrial automation.
Our VMC facility is suitable for machining plates, blocks, brackets, flanges, adaptor plates, mounting plates, manifolds, machine frames, and custom components as per customer drawings and specifications. The machine has an approximate table size of 3000 x 1000 mm, with 3000 mm X-axis, 1000 mm Y-axis, and 1000 mm Z-axis travel.
The setup includes BT40 spindle, 8000–10000 RPM spindle speed, 20/24 tools ATC, and Fanuc controller. We can machine MS, CS, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, cast iron, and engineering plastics. Our process includes milling, drilling, tapping, boring, pocketing, slotting, contour machining, and chamfering with proper dimensional and quality inspection.
