Philips Vertical Machining Centre — 2500 × 1300 × 500 mm
Our large-format vertical machining centre supports components requiring an extended machining area. The 2500 × 1300 × 500 mm capacity accommodates larger plates and assemblies for face machining, profiling and coordinated hole-pattern machining.
Key operations: Large-area face milling, plate profiling, drilling, tapping, pocket milling and boring.
Typical components: Machine base plates, large mounting plates, equipment support plates, fabricated-and-machined assemblies and tube sheets, subject to drilling depth and setup requirements.

ACE Micromatic CNC Turning Centre — 670 mm × Ø370 mm
Our ACE Micromatic CNC turning centre supports the production of rotational components with stepped diameters, internal bores, grooves and threads. It is suitable for compact and medium-length parts manufactured to customer drawings.
Key operations: External turning, facing, taper turning, internal boring, grooving, threading and axial drilling.
Typical components: Bushes, sleeves, pins, flanges, couplings, spacers, threaded adaptors and short shafts.

ACE Micromatic CNC Turning Centre — 1500 mm × Ø450 mm
Our long-bed ACE Micromatic CNC turning centre extends our capability to longer rotational components. It supports the machining of multiple diameters, shoulders, grooves and threads along the workpiece, with workholding and support selected for the component geometry.
Key operations: Long-shaft turning, stepped turning, facing, taper machining, threading, grooving and boring.
